Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely and effective scheduling of work orders.
  • Material Handling: Utilize the ERP system to create work orders, transfer material, and decrement inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Participate in customer and regulatory audits, including OSHA and EPA audits, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of product, process, instrument, and training data.
  • Process Optimization: Troubleshoot issues with quality and delivery, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Waste Management: Handle regulated waste and adhere to current waste disposal (RCRA) and hazardous material DOT regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in receiving, downloading, and uploading from tanker trucks into bulk tanks, and collaborate with the Hazardous Material Spill Response Team.
