Lead the Way at Caribou Coffee

We're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team and help drive success in our stores. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts and ensure that the team is executing SOPs and quality standards correctly
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize product sales and waste management
  • Communicate effectively with the team and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment
  • Take ownership of the store's appearance and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform administrative tasks, including bank deposits, inventory management, and store product orders
  • Develop and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of leadership or customer service experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
