Job Title: Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Caribou Coffee. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts and ensure that the team is executing SOPs and quality standards correctly and consistently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize product sales and waste management.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they are bringing their best to their role.
  • Perform administrative tasks with integrity and to completion, including bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
  • Actively develop team members and engage in conversations about career and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required.
  • Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
