Job Title: Long-Term Substitute Speech and Language Pathologist Early Childhood

We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Pathologist to fill a long-term substitute position in our district. The ideal candidate will have experience working with early childhood students and be able to establish a high level of standards of excellence in the Vernon Public Schools.

Job Summary:

The Speech and Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in the early childhood program. This includes assessing student needs, developing and implementing individualized plans, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess student speech and language needs and develop individualized plans to address these needs
  • Provide speech and language services to students in the early childhood program
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology and be certified by the state of New Jersey. They will also have experience working with early childhood students and be able to establish a high level of standards of excellence in the Vernon Public Schools.
