We are seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team at Top Docs, Inc. as a Compensation and Pension Examiner. This is a part-time, 2 days per week position with a start date of ASAP.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing Compensation and Pension Exams (C&P) for our military Veterans at various sites through the USA. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our nation's heroes.
Responsibilities- Conduct Compensation and Pension Exams for Veterans with hearing loss and tinnitus
- Review medical history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams
- Capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form
- Complete documentation electronically and submit promptly within 48 hours of each appointment
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely submission of exams
- Master's or doctorate degree from a program accredited by CAA, ACAE or ASHA Certification
- Active license to practice as an Audiologist
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with electronic documentation
- Compensation exam or VA experience preferred, but not required
