Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Clinical Specialist position at CareOregon provides clinical and operational expertise to the network, ensuring alignment with quality assurance standards and promoting the effective spread of clinical best practices. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff and leadership teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop training programs.
- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of training programs.
- Design materials that align with branding and marketing standards.
- Develop and maintain tools for tracking timelines, deliverables, and project outcomes.
- Consult and develop plans related to quality of care concerns.
- Coach and motivate behavioral health provider teams on clinical improvement projects.
Requirements
This position requires a strong understanding of operations, including ethics and continuing education standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
