About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Children's Wisconsin. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality therapy services to children and families in a school or community setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, and community partners to ensure successful team coordination and program implementation
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child and family
  • Provide education and consultation to members, families, and community partners on mental health topics and resources
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices and research in the field
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Wisconsin
  • 1 year of prior experience in any setting interacting with children and adolescents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work professionally across multiple organizations to ensure successful team coordination and program implementation
