We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, high-quality food, and a clean and safe environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the brand's daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, including health, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including Same Store Sales growth and line speed improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service matters, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's culture, values, and policies, and ensure all employees adhere to these standards

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a restaurant management role, preferably at Mo' Bettahs or a similar establishment
  • Basic experience with computers, including Microsoft Suite and email
  • Valid driver's license
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Working Conditions

The position requires the ability to see, hear, and speak clearly, as well as the ability to ascend and descend stairs, sit and stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. The role may also require working outside in various weather conditions and using a computer for extended periods.
