About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of assessment work streams to evaluate friendly and adversary operations, capabilities, objectives, and gaps to support the government's counter-terrorism efforts.
  • Develop and implement IO assessment frameworks through operational design, analyzing quantitative and qualitative primary and secondary data on indigenous populations and societies.
  • Supervise the preparation of written assessment reports and briefings for management, providing solutions or ranges of possible alternatives in terms of desirability and probability of success.
  • Provide quality control and quality assurance of all work and products.
  • Lead work involving the gathering, refinement, and identification of data with variables in models, applying personal judgment and mathematical tests.
Requirements
  • Journeyman labor category with 3-10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including personal computers, printers, copy machines, telephones, and other equipment.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential, with flexibility to adjust work hours to meet surge situations based on critical mission requirements.
  • Clearance requirements: TS/SCI.
Work Environment

The position will be based in an office environment, with occasional travel to other sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work well with colleagues, customers, and all levels of management, with a strong focus on teamwork and cooperation.

Physical Requirements

The position requires heavy use of computing systems, PC or laptop, with regular sitting or standing for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds and work in noisy areas with varying temperatures.
