Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments for various commercial insurance lines of business, including Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability, Inland Marine, and Builders Risk.
  • Assess and identify potential loss-producing conditions associated with commercial insurance policies.
  • Provide recommendations to control and/or correct potential loss-producing conditions.
  • Manage assignments, secure customer appointments, and complete work assignments on time.

Requirements

  • Windows-based PC with an image/document scanner.
  • Digital camera.
  • High-speed internet access.
  • Measuring device (laser, 100 ft. tape, or measuring wheel).
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Auto and General Liability Insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Lines Property/Casualty Loss Control experience.
  • Commercial Lines Property/Casualty Underwriting experience.
  • Commercial Lines Property/Casualty Claims Adjuster experience.
  • Commercial insurance inspections experience.
  • Fire and Life Safety investigations/inspections experience.
