Position Details

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $24.00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review daily production schedules and preparation needs from the Chef.
  • Prepare cold food items, including meats, cheeses, and salads, adhering to quality and portion control standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels of deli products and condiments according to merchandising guidelines.
  • Transport food items safely between workstations, stoves, and refrigeration units.
  • Store food correctly following established safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Utilize slicing equipment to prepare meats and cheeses to specified thickness.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and inventory management.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
