Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent case support and analysis.
  • Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys to achieve case goals.
  • Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys to ensure high-quality work.
  • Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents to present in court.
  • Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses to ensure accurate testimony.
  • Participate in court hearings and mediations to resolve disputes.
  • Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients to build strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.
  • Two or more years of civil litigation experience.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.
  • Strong research and writing skills to produce high-quality work.
  • Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence to present cases effectively.
  • Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
