As a seasoned civil litigation attorney, you will be responsible for providing independent case support, effectively interacting with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys. You will analyze and draft discovery requests and responses, conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys. You will also draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents, assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions, prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses, participate in court hearings and mediations, and supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.

Qualifications:

* Licensed in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar
* Two or more years of civil litigation experience
* Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload
* Strong research and writing skills
* Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence
* Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail
* Strong communication and time management skills
