Job Overview

Solista Senior Living by Cogir North Carolina is seeking an experienced Community Relations Director/Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relational sales, preferably in assisted living and/or independent living, hospitality, or healthcare settings. With a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, they will be responsible for developing and implementing all sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the community, consistent with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans with input from corporate marketing, operations teams, and Executive Directors.
  • Manage lead generation, responding to inquiries remotely and in real-time when possible, maintaining accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management software (Yardi).
  • Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours, providing sales activity reports with documented lead status, closing needs, and next steps.
  • Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction through established relationships between residents, department heads, and staff.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in relational sales, preferably in assisted living and/or independent living, hospitality, or healthcare settings.
  • A positive team player mentality, passion for serving seniors, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and motivate others within a team environment.
