Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing at NetApp, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to a team of Product Marketing Managers focused on flagship products in the company's market-leading enterprise storage portfolio.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performing team to elevate standards of Product Marketing within the company, ensuring high-quality outputs and performance.
  • Guide your team in developing structured product marketing plans, communicating plans to cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing.
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals and performance metrics aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Track business indicators, including industry trends and competitors' marketing and GTM programs, to shape GTM strategy.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Represent the company in customer engagements and at events to evangelize the company's point of view.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as an individual contributor and a minimum of 5 years as a people manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
  • Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage professional-level employees.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $177K - $229K, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and education. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off (PTO), various leave options, performance-based incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs).
