Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Efficiently processing orders and accurately entering them into the POS system.
  • Handling customer payments and providing change as necessary.
  • Serving a variety of food and beverage options, including cold, frozen, and hot drinks.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout your shift.
  • Performing cleaning duties, including equipment and utensil sanitation, trash removal, and general upkeep of the workspace.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
