Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at GW Lisk Company Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Analyze data and identify trends to drive process improvements and reduce defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement statistical process control methods to monitor and control process variability
  • Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality-related topics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of raw materials
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process optimization and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Quality-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing of components, including machining, injection molding, metal fabrication, and plating
  • Proficient in MS Excel and statistical analysis tools
  • Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances and inspection practices
  • Desired: Competent knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949, AS9100, AIAG, and APQP Process
  • Statistical Techniques such as Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, ANOVA
  • Desired: Knowledge of LEAN / Six Sigma Techniques
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual base salary of $73,000.00 to $95,000.00 based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
