Main Responsibilities:
  • Build a positive work environment for team members to complete their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Administer supervisory responsibilities and documents, including basic administration and workflow problem resolution.
  • Assign work to unionized hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes related to daily work assignments.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by helping to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • Support problem resolution with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineers, and others.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven 3+ years' experience in production and previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and stand or walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
