Manufacturing Machining Engineer

Selectek is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Machining Engineer to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and evaluate manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
* Analyze and plan workforce standards, space requirements, and workflow
* Design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
* Provide technical process support and training to manufacturing staff
Requirements:
* BSME or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering
* 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with LEAN manufacturing initiatives and automation projects
* Knowledge of PLC and programming languages a plus
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
