About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to support the Space Development Agency's (SDA) mission. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful development and deployment of space-based capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve and consolidate vendor-provided integrated master schedules (IMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate inputs and develop a government-specific IMS to support SDA's mission.
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks, and divergences, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed of internal developments and provide scheduling updates as needed.
  • Develop internal briefing materials and external-facing products, such as briefings and emails, with high standards and attention to detail.
  • Support the Tranche Director and Cell Lead in their efforts to drive project success.
  • Provide general support to the SDA as tasked, including coordinating meetings and briefings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including government, military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency using presentation development tools, primarily PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
  • TS with SCI Eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or relevant technical discipline.
  • Prior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense.
