We are seeking a caring professional to make a positive impact on people's lives as a Patient Support Professional. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with empathy and respect, maintaining accurate documentation in their medical records.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and well-being.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
  3. Conduct in-services and training sessions to educate patients, clients, and staff on restorative techniques and best practices.
  4. Adhere to established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid state license or be eligible to obtain one in the state where services are provided.
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity.
  • Show ability to work with diverse individuals, including those who are physically or mentally ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, or hostile.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, representing our organization professionally and maintaining accountability.

Estimated Salary Range:$75,000 - $95,000 per year
