Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at First Quality Enterprises. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate project requirements and outcomes, and develop detailed project plans, deliverables, milestones, and goals.
  • Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define resource requirements and ensure project work is executed completely, correctly, and timely.
  • Assemble and coordinate project team members and assignments, maintaining balanced workloads and ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive communications plans, utilizing standard tools to define roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for external services and conduct necessary meetings to facilitate selection.
  • Monitor contracts and maintain regular communication with service providers.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring issue management is comprehensive, visible, and timely.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project financial budgets and forecast status.
  • Work closely with IT Leadership to continuously improve project and change management processes, tools, knowledge, and capability across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field. Advanced business degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years project management experience in an Information Technology environment and 2-3 years organizational change management experience.
  • Multi-plant manufacturing environment preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in cross-functional areas or leading cross-functional organizational projects.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. Change Management professional certification desired.
