Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Kinsale Management Group LLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of concrete construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall management and direction of concrete construction projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and company objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with project architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to clarify project scope and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, develop logistics plans, and identify potential safety concerns and site hazards.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Project Managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Plan, organize, and direct activities in collaboration with Superintendents and Foremen, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Ensure that project quality control plans are in place and adhered to, and that all deliverables meet Kinsale Management Group LLC's high standards for workmanship and safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years managing concrete construction projects, including experience with elevated structural concrete and complex commercial projects.
  • Deep knowledge of concrete construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project goals and expectations to clients and team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software, such as Bluebeam and on-screen takeoff tools.
  • Familiarity with applicable building codes, OSHA requirements, and other legal restrictions relevant to the construction industry.
