Job Summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the healthcare needs of individuals and coordinate with staff and external providers to ensure optimal care.
  • Provide education and training to individuals and staff to promote health awareness and prevent health issues.
  • Monitor medication administration systems to ensure the safety of individuals in our care.

Requirements

  • Current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of four years of nursing experience, with two years in community health and two years of nursing case management preferred.
  • Knowledge of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
