We are seeking a detail-oriented Preventive Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction, Inc.

As a Preventive Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our industrial equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and optimize performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize equipment failure and downtime
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
  • Carry out regular preventive maintenance on equipment following established standards and schedules
  • Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts in machines and equipment to maintain efficiency

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong working knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics, welding and fabricating, pipe fitting, and constriction trades
  • Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
