Job Summary

The Facilities Manager Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of cleaners. This includes providing direction, motivation, and guidance to team members and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Assist with the training of cleaning teams
  • Coordinate work assignments
  • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for properties
  • Report work orders for maintenance
  • Makes sure premises are secured at all times
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • One year of similar work experience preferred
