Responsibilities and Expectations: As a skilled craftsman, you will maintain, repair, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, automotive, and refrigeration equipment, as well as perform general maintenance tasks. You will be required to be proficient in at least one to two of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, water treatment, finish plaster, carpentry, masonry, cement/brick block, finish painting, floor/wall tile, and wallpaper communication and electronic equipment.
Education and Training: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training. You will also need to possess appropriate certifications and/or licenses for the skilled trade(s) held by the individual. Ability to operate various maintenance/repair equipment is essential.
