We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist to become a part of our team at Radius Staffing Solutions. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and hold a valid state PT license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome recent graduates in Physical Therapy
  • Maintain an active state PT license, or be in the process of acquiring one
  • Engage in a full-time role within an outpatient care environment
  • Workday shifts from Monday to Friday
  • No requirement for weekend or holiday shifts

Essential Duties:

  • Perform initial evaluations and continuous assessments of patients
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and communicate progress to patients and their families
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and support resources
  • Oversee support staff as necessary
  • Assist in planning for patient discharge
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a clinical setting and provide necessary patient assistance
