This position entails a collaborative effort with a Government entity to oversee a significant initiative focused on the maintenance of analytical workflow orchestration capabilities. You will be instrumental in providing integration, governance, release train management, deployment, operations and maintenance (O&M), development of orchestration services, acceptance testing, and the enhancement of new functionalities to the operational framework. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the effective contractual and programmatic execution of agreements, serving as the primary liaison.

We seek individuals who demonstrate a robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the agility to respond to emerging challenges.

Your responsibilities will include managing the program's essential environments and leading a technical support team comprising Engineers and Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily management of contract execution across multiple projects and teams at various locations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to optimize services while controlling costs and timelines.
  • Coordinate and direct the planning and execution of contract support activities.
  • Develop comprehensive plans, integrated schedules, and resource allocations for projects and programs, adhering to established project management methodologies.
  • Adjust management structures as necessary to facilitate effective contract support.
  • Collaborate with the Orchestration Services Program Management Office to ensure timely staffing with qualified personnel.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of work deliverables for the Government.
  • Address performance deficiencies as identified by the Government.
  • Supervise contractor personnel effectively.
  • Communicate overarching Government objectives and goals to the contractor team.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer, and senior management.
  • Manage the overall execution of contracts involving multiple projects and teams.
  • Ensure successful management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor program activities, assessing cost, risk, schedule, and contract performance.
  • Engage with technical staff to convey technical status and progress to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring timely discussion of progress, issues, and risks.
  • Guarantee the successful contractual and programmatic execution of the contract.

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • 12+ years of experience at a Subject Matter Expert level, serving as a Deputy Program Manager or Program Manager with expertise in cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
  • Experience managing programs with rapid and continuous delivery methodologies (e.g., DevOps).
  • Strong professional work ethic with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to learn continuously and work independently, making informed decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for collaboration and sharing best practices.
  • Capability to manage contract transitions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Familiarity with the geospatial intelligence mission and its role within the Intelligence Community.
  • Experience in developing and reviewing cost estimates and the technical work scope necessary to meet objectives.
  • Ability to identify technical issues and proactively communicate potential impacts.
  • Knowledge of Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence (AAA).
  • Experience managing SAFe Agile development processes.
  • Understanding of the mission needs and acquisition processes of relevant agencies.
  • Equivalent years of work experience may substitute for degrees, as follows:
    • Junior - 0-4 years of experience
    • Mid - 4-8 years of experience
    • Senior - 8-12 years of experience
