  • Assist in clearing tables, delivering food, and following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Address customer concerns effectively, knowing when to escalate issues to management.
  • Foster genuine connections with guests to enhance their dining experience.
  • Manage cash transactions and credit card processing accurately.
  • Utilize menu knowledge to make informed suggestions and promote additional sales.
  • Ensure accurate entry of takeout orders into the Point of Sale system.
  • Prepare and package takeout orders, checking for correctness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Express gratitude to guests upon their departure and gather feedback on their experience.
  • Assist with food preparation and portioning as needed.
  • Support the expo window and food running tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

This position is part-time, typically averaging 29 hours or less per week. Employees averaging 30 or more hours per week over a 12-month period may qualify for company medical benefits. Full-time positions generally require 36 to 40 hours of work per week.
