Assistant Manager

TravelCenters of America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees and customers.
- Recruit, hire, and train high-quality team members to meet business needs.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience in the fast-food industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational understanding of POS software.
