Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Massage Educator to join our team. As a key member of our therapy department, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Squeeze School, our comprehensive training program for new therapists
  • Interviewing and evaluating therapist candidates to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Liaising with massage school partners to build strong relationships and promote our brand
  • Participating in recruiting events to attract top talent
  • Coaching therapists on technique and body mechanics to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Ensuring our massage standards exceed expectations

As a Lead Massage Educator, you'll spend approximately 20-30 hours per month on these responsibilities, with the remainder of your time dedicated to delivering exceptional massages to our guests. Requirements
  • Licensed/certified in your state with at least 5 years of practical field experience
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and developing other therapists' skillsets
  • Expertise in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal modalities
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Passion for delivering personalized massages and adjusting to guests' needs
  • Availability to work at least 24 hours a week (full-time) and one weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday)
