- 5-7 years of experience in financial sales, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and driving growth within the financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on motivating and developing sales talent.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial products, sales methodologies, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to financial sales and customer engagement.
- Professional certifications such as Series 7/63 licenses, CFP, or similar credentials are preferred.
