Occupational Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Huntington Park, California.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction, and develop effective treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Implement treatment programs through direct patient care, and delegate tasks to supportive personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
- Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient management, and demonstrate progress towards meeting professional practice criteria.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and certification in occupational therapy or foreign-trained equivalent.
- Current CA Occupational Therapy License or License eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required at hire.
