Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Consulting Systems Engineer to join our team. As a technical consultant to multiple customers in the DOD, you'll provide mission-aligned strategies to ensure customers identify the right solutions to solve their technology challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical liaison between customers and our team, building consultative relationships to expand our services capabilities.
  • Offer World Wide Technology's advanced suite of products through multiple OEMs, including Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp, and VMware.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on strategic, large, and complex opportunities, coordinating additional resources to recommend, develop, and propose customer solutions and services offerings.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with customer technical staff, identifying opportunities and developing solutions aligned to their understanding of the customer's mission and support requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced technical acumen of multiple technologies and/or solutions.
  • Preferred: 7-10 years' progressive experience in a federal or military IT or Transport field, as a Technical Specialist, System Engineer, or comparable.
  • Preferred: 3-5+ Years field technical sales experience as a Systems Engineer or equivalent.
  • United States citizen required. DoD clearance is preferred.
