Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth, identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings.
  • Communicate regularly with management on key performance indicators, such as productivity, quality, and availability.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff within the department, addressing queries related to Disputes as needed.
  • Support diverse products and services, prioritizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in Lean and process improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Utilize best practices/precedence to resolve complex problems, escalating when necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Compensation Package:

$43,960.00 - $57,340.00 per year. Citi offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, disability insurance, and wellness programs. Eligible employees may receive bonus payments based on individual and company performance.
