Warehouse Maintenance Associate Position

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and processes to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of our facilities by following all relevant standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, cleaning drains, and repairing minor issues with equipment and fixtures.
- Respond to spills and other emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed.
- Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with our Environmental Sustainability Program.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be physically fit, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have basic knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
