About the Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair services
  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Order parts and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and service staff
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
