Working Hours: The position operates on a rotating shift pattern, including both day and night shifts, ensuring comprehensive security coverage throughout the week.

Compensation: The hourly wage starts at £8.91, with potential increases based on site-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
  • Securely lock and unlock designated areas as per Assignment Instructions.
  • Control access and egress to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Conduct thorough internal and external patrols to verify the security of the premises.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any incidents as necessary.
  • Perform searches and follow established emergency procedures while coordinating with emergency services.
  • Complete necessary reports and documentation in line with Assignment Instructions.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and perform basic administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid SIA Licence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Commitment to following Assignment Instructions and fulfilling customer requirements.
