Job Summary

Heritage Bank of Nevada is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lender to join our team. As a key member of our lending department, you will be responsible for originating and managing commercial loans, lines of credit, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough credit analyses and make recommendations for loan approvals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and high net worth individuals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and underwriting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending or a related field
  • Excellent credit analysis and loan structuring skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
