Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit evaluations to determine the feasibility of credit extensions to borrowers.
  • Develop and present written credit authorization requests to senior management for approval.
  • Communicate loan decisions to clients and ensure timely and accurate loan documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and monitor loan covenants and conditions.
  • Collaborate with other loan officers, credit analysts, and bank divisions to promote the overall success of the organization.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and participate in joint business development calls with branch managers and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a financial institution with extensive commercial credit experience.
  • Excellent understanding of credit analysis, loan structuring, collateral analysis, loan pricing, and loan management.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
