Job SummaryThe Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary provides administrative support to patients, families, and professional staff, ensuring efficient customer-oriented service delivery. This role actively supports WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care (PFCC) model, delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support to patients and families, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Support the PFCC model by delivering patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, vision, values, and aspirational goals.
- 1 Year Healthcare Experience Preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Nurse Aide I Certification Required
7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 3 days a week. Every other weekend.
