Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, performing various tasks to ensure the personal needs and comfort of patients are met. The Medical Assistant must understand the needs of the practice and support our mission and values. Required registration/certification must be one of the following: American Academy of Medical Assistants, American Medical Technologists, American Registry of Medical Assistants, or the National Center for Competency Testing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a physician
• Perform specific services to care for the personal needs and comforts of patients
• Support the mission and values of the practice
• Maintain required registration/certification

Requirements:
• 2 Years Clinical - Medical Assistant experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required - and Graduate Medical Assisting preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant required - within 6 Months of Hire or Registered Medical Assistant required - within 6 Months of Hire

Work Schedule:
M-F 8-5
No Weekends
Call Requirements: none
