Join Our Team as a Student CRM and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to support our CRM and email marketing efforts. As a Student CRM and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our marketing goals and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of high-reach campaigns in our CRM tool, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Analyze and interpret KPIs to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute incentive measures and competitions.
  • Operate various systems and marketing tools, gaining hands-on experience and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns, leveraging your analytical and creative skills.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a marketing-related program or field of study.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and email marketing tools, with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Availability of 16-20 hours per week for at least one year.
