Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our Transportation division. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in the commercial lines sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Producers and Insurance Company representatives to support current clients.
  • Generate Certificates of Insurance and Auto Insurance ID Cards.
  • Address client inquiries regarding billing, policy modifications, and manage vehicle and driver information.
  • Assist in collecting necessary data for underwriting and marketing accounts, as well as preparing renewal submissions.
  • Process policy amendments.
  • Maintain and update information in the agency management system.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector or a comparable role is essential.
  • An active Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management is a plus but not mandatory.
