Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and warranty support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and inventory by participating in training and reviewing internal resources.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications, and recommend product accessories as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions using digital tools.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Experience in a customer service and sales environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving and multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital applications such as CRM and contact center software.
