As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing various events, including corporate conferences and celebratory gatherings. You will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in event planning and execution from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet event needs
  • Manage logistics, including transportation, catering, and equipment rentals
  • Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations and programs
  • Conduct research and compile information to support event planning
  • Assist in budget management and tracking expenses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
