Job Description

As a structural welder at EWF, you will be responsible for designing, laying out, and fabricating metal framework for commercial and industrial buildings. Your tasks will include cutting, repairing, and assembling girders, beams, columns, and other building components to form complete structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and fabricate metal framework for commercial and industrial buildings
  • Cut, repair, and assemble girders, beams, columns, and other building components
  • Test welding and safety equipment
  • Identify weaknesses and ensure structural integrity
  • Train other welders and apprentices
  • Maintain safety standards
  • Install supports and brakes
  • Position and align building components
