The Lead Valet is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of valets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of valets, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all employees and guests are safe at all times, and that our vehicles are operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operations: Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage, and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to their manager when appropriate.
- Experience: Previous valet experience is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Requirements: Friendly and outgoing, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and safely operate vehicles.
