About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at Ross Stores. This is a full-time position that involves leading a team of Retail Associates and overseeing the daily operations of our store.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Retail Associates to ensure excellent customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
